All reservations for 3 or more nights must be secured with a deposit equal to 35% of your stay at the time of making reservations. One night deposit required for one and two night stays. Deposit (less $15 cancellation fee) will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival (30 days for major holidays and high season). If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival (30 days for Holidays and high season) deposit is forfeited. The balance of your charges are due upon arrival. Personal checks are accepted only for advance deposit and must be received three weeks prior to arrival. Travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted at all times. All rates are single/double occupancy plus occupancy tax. Each additional person beyond two is $25 extra per night. No refunds for shortened stays.

Check out time is 11:00am. Check in time is 2:00pm. If you plan to arrive earlier, pack a swimsuit in a side pouch of luggage. We will place your luggage in your room as it is readied and hand your keys to you at the pool.

Holiday rates apply and minimum stays are required for Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Fantasy Fest, and Thanksgiving. Spring/Fall rates apply and minimum stays required for July 4th and Labor Day. No discounts apply during these times. All guest rooms are non-smoking, however most guest rooms open directly to private decks or balconies or the poolside courtyard where smoking is permitted.
